The implemented chain of custody system describes all the management and production requirements to control the chain of custody, labelling and sale of certified products and involves the evaluation of forest products from the tree to the final product, including all stages of processing, transformation, manufacture and handling, thus verifying that the paper used comes from sustainably managed forests.​

AGRpriority declares that it is not directly or indirectly involved in the following activities:

• Illegal logging or trade in illegal timber or forest products;

• Violation of traditional and human rights in forestry operations;

• Destruction of high conservation values in forestry operations;

• Significant conversion of forests to plantations or other uses;

• Introduction of genetically modified organisms into forestry operations;

• Violation of any of the ILO Fundamental Conventions, as defined in the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, 1998, in particular.​
